I got this from Amnesty International:

Dear Tracy,

Last Thursday President Obama announced specific steps to close down Guantanamo prison.

We've heard promises like this before and we are doing everything we can to ensure that the President meets his commitments this time—and ensure that Congress does not block progress.

Will you help us keep pressure on President Obama and Congress? Make an urgent donation to Amnesty so we can continue to speak out for people unlawfully detained in Guantanamo Bay and around the world.

Four years and three months ago President Obama promised to shut Guantanamo down for good. Last week he renewed his commitment.

Help us leverage this high-profile moment. We must ensure that President Obama immediately takes steps toward closing the prison by transferring detainees -- like Shaker Aamer -- who have not been charged with any crimes and have been cleared to leave.

All detainees have the right to be fairly tried or released and President Obama has the authority to move forward with transfers under current law. Let's tell President Obama to keep his promise. Make a donation and support our massive grassroots mobilization campaign.

Our million-strong activist network is keeping non-stop pressure on President Obama through phone calls, letters, e-mails, educational events and protests in the streets, including in Washington DC. Our policy experts are lobbying key members of the Administration. And our media team is keeping this issue front and center for journalists and bloggers around the world.

Help show President Obama that it's time to do more than talk. Make a donation and support our urgent work.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Zeke Johnson
