Execution imminent

I got this from Amnesty International:

 http://www.amnesty.ca/atrisk/index.php/hamid-ghassemi-shall/?utm_source=Informz&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign=Informz#take-action

A Canadian is facing imminent execution in Iran. He desperately needs you to intervene.
Take action for
 Ghassemi-Shalll
<< Every supporter of Amnesty International is needed now to speak up to prevent the execution of fellow Canadian, Hamid Ghassemi-Shall.

The Canadian government at the highest levels has asked for his release and a halt to the execution.

Hamid Ghassemi-Shall was arrested and convicted of "espionage" while visiting his mother in 2008. His brother has already died in prison. He has spent 18 months in solitary confinement.

Amnesty International supporters are needed more than ever to speak up and to rally friends, colleagues and all who value human life and justice to take action. Please send this appeal to the Iranian authorities, and share it widely.
Thank you for your willingness to speak out to save a man's life.

Please share this widely. Share on FacebookShared on Twitter

Sincerely,
Alex Neve, Secretary General, Amnesty International Canada
