Integral Coaching Canada's flagship coach training program, the Integral Coaching® Certification Program (ICCP) is fully accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). It is the only ICF accredited Integral Coaching® training program that meets and surpasses Masters Level ICF training requirements. Our ICCP is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). Integral Coaching Canada's two founders are each certified by the ICF as Master Certified Coaches. AQAL accolades. ICF accreditation. A powerful combination.
Integral Coaching® Certification Program
The Integral Coaching® Certification Program (ICCP) is the premier offering of Integral Coaching Canada Inc. Through this program, students become fully certified and licensed to practice Integral Coaching® at three different accreditation levels. The program consists of three distinct modules that build upon one another:
- ICCP-1 Associate Certification Module (5 months)
- ICCP-2 Professional Certification Module (6 months)
- ICCP-3 Master Certification Module (7 months)
ICCP-1 enables students to learn the Integral Coaching® method and two of the Integral lenses used when working with clients, while developing necessary core coaching competencies. This is a true apprenticing module as coaches work one-on-one with a certified Integral Master Coach™ behind them every step of the way.
Upon completion of this first module, students can choose to proceed to the Professional Module. In ICCP-2, coaches advance their understanding of human development through more deeply working with and integrating all of the aspects of the ICC method, learning three more Integral lenses comprising a person's AQAL Constellation, and advancing their coaching competencies to engage in more advanced coaching interventions.
Once ICCP-2 has been successfully completed, coaches can choose to continue to the final module of our Integral Coaching® Certification Program and complete Master level training. This potent and deeply rooted final module of the ICCP completes a student’s integrated training as a certified Integral Coach™.
This program fills out the final Integral lenses comprising a client’s AQAL Constellation, deepens embodiment into subtle levels of our method, and enables graduates to work profoundly with any client on any topic.

The Integral Coaching® Certification Program is the most comprehensive Integral Coaching® training program that you will find anywhere in the world. The Integral Institute has rated it as best in class. Our program is ACTP accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for a total of 202 training hours (Master Level Training Hours).
The program is delivered via classroom learning and blended distance-learning modalities, enabling participants to travel less, while remaining interactively connected as a cohort and receiving just-in-time instruction from faculty. ICCP-1 Associate Certification Module
This program is composed of a powerful and rigorous five-month foundational curriculum that includes immediate and direct application of our coaching method. In the Associate Certification Module, participants specifically learn the Integral Coaching® method, our approach to human development, two Integral lenses to understand their clients, and a coaching process that enables rapid learning so that everything taught can be applied immediately.
To support this commitment, a step-by-step approach to the Integral Coaching® method is fully illuminated, modeled, documented, and developed. While working in the 'coach behind the coach' Apprenticeship Phase of the module, participants discover the reality of coaching real clients, designing Coaching Programs, conducting powerful client assessments, providing new perspectives to their clients, and developing sustainable change…all the while the coach is fully supported and coached by ICC faculty via distance education.

This first module is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to effectively coach using our Integral Coaching® method or for coaches who want to add a meaningful and rigorous backbone to an existing successful coaching practice that is calling for renewal and regeneration.
