Jun. 11 Robin Thicke:
All Tied Up:
So he released a new video called "All Tied Up" from his new album
"Love After War." This is my second favorite song of his on the album.
My favorite song on the album is called "Mission."
My review
was that it's RT's
first black and white video. It kind of reminded me his other video
"Shooter" feat. Lil Wayne where they're in separate apartments and are
side by side. Those music videos have been done before "The Boy is
Mine" by Brandy and Monica, and "Like You" by Ciara and Bow Wow.
I
thought this video was kind of boring. It's like all his other videos
where he is with a hot woman and they're making out with each other and
nothing else is going on.
I will give points it was kind of
like his last 2 videos "Love After War" and "Pretty Lil' Heart" from
his newest album. He is wearing a muscle shirt in "All Tied Up" like
the last 2 videos I listed. He also has his shirt off in this one and
"Love After War." He wears a leather jacket in this video and he looks
good in it.
My tip for him is to be more creative in his videos.
Here's the video:

Exhale (Shoop Shoop):
He also released a new video and it's also black and white. He covers
Whitney Houston's song "Exhale (Shoop Shoop.)" I totally forgot about
that song. The video is RT walking around LA acting sad. There is one
shot on the LA theatre that says: "Goodbye Whitney Houston We Miss You"
at the first half of the video and the last shot.
It shows him
playing his keyboard and performing for a small audience on the street.
This video reminds me of John Mayer's videos where he walks around the
streets acting sad. This video also reminds me of James Dean because I
have all these black and white pictures of JD. Also in the "Pretty Lil'
Heart" video, RT dressed up like JD in the movie Rebel Without a Cause. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kt9GeWbofrM&feature=relmfu
Jun. 12 Career Day:
I was looking up and pitching my script to production companies today.
I found this short film on Montefiore Films. It's so cute and funny.
It's an elementary class and there's a Career Day as kids bring their
parents. One little girl Ella is by herself.
Teacher: What about your father? Ella: He can't come today because he has a hearing. Teacher: Is he a lawyer? Ella: No, but his lawyer will be there.
lol.

Jun. 13 The Listener:
I saw the episode called "Cold Case Blues." Toby is boxing and his
trainer is into MMA (mix martial arts.) Toby is talking about working
as an EMS here and there. Realistic with some job talk.
Stephanie
Cordel's dead body was found. It's a skeleton. Toby gets a tour of
the IIB office as Agent McClusky spends time with her ex-husband. Good
continuity with the ex-husband.
Cordel is a lawyer and her
ex-boyfriend Justin is a criminal, so he's a prime suspect in her
murder. There is a person Unknown who is a suspect because she reported
a guy peeping into her home. McCallen is a drug dealer that Cordel
prosecuted. IIB Boss Klein has a personal mission to help his old
friend Cordel.
Toby's friend Oz has a girlfriend Susan (Tara Spencer-Nairn. She was the cop
Karen on Corner Gas). She shows up in this ep. Oz surprises her with tickets to a trip, and Karen doesn't give answer.
Cordel's
sister is told that Cordel is dead. The dental records confirm the
body it's her. Toby gets a read on her and it's all nice memories of
them growing up. So she didn't do it. Cordel's boss Micheal tells
McCallen is a drug dealer and is now into real estate.
McClusky
and Toby sees Justin, the ex-boyfriend. He's now married and has kids.
Toby sees a vision of Justin strangling Cordel. They looked at the DNA
evidence, and there's no blood or strangulation.
Toby: He could have fantasized about strangling her. Fantasy can be reality.
McCallen
the drug dealer, is in real estate. Toby and McClusky tells him they
found Cordel's body hidden in one of his buildings. Toby sees
McCallen's vision that a
bald guy hurts Cordel.
I then noticed there's continuity with
Toby's face, because he has a scar that he had gotten from last
episode. Toby looks at pictures of bald guys in IIB records and finds
the guy.
The subplot is Oz's problem with his girlfriend.
Toby: Taking a vacation in a relationship is a big step forward. Oz: Did you read that in Teen Beat? Toby: So you read it too. lol.
Toby
goes undercover to a bar, and talks to a Bald Guy Fallon. T sees
vision of him shooting a guy. Fallon leaves, and Toby follows him into
alley. Fallon attacks Toby, and they get into fisticuffs. lol. Toby
applies his knowledge from his training session earlier. McClusky comes
with 2 other agents and they point guns at them. They arrest Fallon
and interrogate him. He has a gun and that violates probation.
Klein
isn't happy that
Toby isn't as helpful with reading minds. No leads. They did find
Cory Rollins, the peeping tom because he was working in Cordel's
apartment building as a landscaper. Toby sees vision of Rollins
peeping. Rollins runs and loses Toby and McClusky.
This was a
creative chase scene, which can only be done on this show. Toby sees
people's visions of who saw Rollins running. Toby sees a Man's vision
with Rollins bumped into him, and then a Woman who saw Rollins outside
her window running. Rollins then gets hit by a car and goes to the
hospital. He can't talk because he has to go to surgery. Dr. Olivia
shows up here. Conflict.
Toby and IIB enter his apartment to
find
peeping tom's pictures. Toby had a vision earlier of an airplane
figurine. They find pics by that. All the pics were labeled, and the
night of Cordel's murder is on one of the pics with her in it.
Toby goes to drug dealer McCallen to talk to him.
McCallen: I built buildings without a permit.
Me: That's not as bad as being a drug dealer and murderer.
IIB looks up license plates in Rollin's photos. One of it matches to ex-boyfriend Justin.
Justin: She (Cordel) was seeing someone new.
The
fibres in Justin's car didn't match to the fibres on Cordel's body, so
he didn't do it. Toby then sees Cordel's boss Michael's visions. The
flashes of roses in a vase. Michael may have killed Cordel and then
buried body in McCallen's building to frame him.
IIB does some digging and sees that Micheal's credit card bought the necklace that Cordel wore. It proves
that he did it.
Michael talks and confesses to Klein: "I was
going to leave my wife for her. Things got crazy and next thing I knew,
she was on the floor." There was really good acting with Michael
crying. I like the fact that they were looking at 3 suspects:
ex-boyfriend, peeping tom, and drug dealer. Then it turns out it was a
guy who was never a suspect at all.
McCallen was arrested for murder when they found other dead bodies.
Oz
talks to his girlfriend Susan about the trip. She says she's going to
Africa to work for this health organization. I didn't predict that. I
did see that happen on the other Toronto-show show Degrassi where Anya dates a doctor and he was going to go away for the same reason.
I could see that Susan would be leaving. There isn't really much for her to do on this show. She came in at the second
season.
I think it's my business mind again, but when Oz
surprised her with those tickets I was like: "You should give me some
notice first so I can get my days off and
tell my boss." Like, seriously. A couple of months ago my dad said he
was going to Calgary, and I wanted to go, but I had to go to work. If I
was working at the Soup place
or that cafe where my boss was Aziz, they would let me go with little
notice. They were nice and easygoing.
In the end, they show Oz and Toby racing toy race cars on a track. lol.
