Jun. 2 Joke: I got this from Daily Silly:
A blonde was telling a
priest a Pollock joke, when halfway through the priest interrupts
her, "Don't you know I'm Polish?" "Oh, I'm sorry," the blonde
apologizes, "Do you want me to start over and talk
slower?"
Me:
This joke is dissing blondes and Polish people. It kind of reminds me
of those other Daily Silly jokes where they diss both genders of men and
women at the same time.

Writing a movie that’s already been done:
On Family Guy,
Brian was writing a screenplay and he tells the story to Lois. She
laughs at him and tells him it's been done and it's called Top Gun. I couldn't find the clip on Youtube.
Prior to it, years ago on The Simpsons that joke was done. Principal Skinner was going to write a movie that was basically Jurassic
Park. Apu then disses him that it's already been done. Here's the clip:
The Listener:
This show is on CTV on Wed. nights and airs again on Sun. nights. The
season 3 premiere is called "The Bank Job." Toby is a telepath and a
paramedic who works for the IIB. It's a govt. agency.
Toby
goes to a bank to withdraw money. He bumps into a guy Robber #1 and
sees in his mind that he will rob the bank. Toby tells the security
guard, but it's too late as the robbery begins. Robber #2 puts up a
sign that says "Closed for renovations" and covers the window with a
blanket. Robber #1 hits
Toby in
the head and everybody gets zip strips. Those are plastic handcuffs.
Toby
has his dispatcher on because he's on duty. His friend/ paramedic Oz
heard it. Oz calls 911 and also class IIB agent McClusky. Robber #1
gets the woman Bank Manager to open the safe. There are no cameras,
cell phones, and wallets because they're all taken away. Cops come and
the Robbers then notice Toby's dispatcher. The ETF, (Emergency Task
Force) enters the scene.
The
woman Security Guard has a knife and she cuts the zip strips off. Toby
sees the Bank Manager's vision of the beach when he touches her. T
tells her that she's going to be on vacation. I thought she may be in
on this. She is helping to steal money and go and live in a tropical
paradise.
Security Guard pulls gun out of
Robber #2's waistband and she holds him. Robber #2 drops the gun. Robber #1 shoots the Security Guard.
Toby: Let me help her, if she dies it's a different story.
That's
how you raise the stakes in a story when someone gets hurt. Also I've
seen this a few times already on other shows like the Toronto- shot show
The Bridge. There was a hostage situation and a cop has been shot and is bleeding out, inside the building. It's also been done on the Criminal Minds season 7 finale 2- part episodes "Hit" and "Run."
A black man is the Hostage Negotiator. Kind of reminds me of Forrest Whitaker in the
movie Phone Booth. The Hostage Negotiator talks to Robber #1 on the phone. The doctor Olivia shows up on the scene.
Robber
#2 has a name, Wallace. Toby talks to Wallace and sees the vision that
he has a wife in the hospital. His daughter is there. Wallace is
forced to be part of the robbery so they won't hurt his family.
McClusky
calls the bank again and talks to Toby. She pretends to be a doctor on
the phone. Oz enters the bank with a stretcher and he gets Security
Guard. That reminds me of the Castle
episode this season, called "Cops and Robbers." It's where Castle and
his mom are held hostage in a bank, and Det. Beckett comes in with a
stretcher to get someone
out.
Toby
has to put back on his zip strips after helping the Security Guard. It
turns out Toby has told Security Guard about the Robbers personal info
like their names and what he sees like a warehouse. Security Guard
quickly tells McClusky all that information so McClusky can start to
investigate. McClusky's boss Klein asks how Toby knows this. She
finally tells him the truth that Toby is a telepath. All this time
Klein thought Toby could read faces.
Toby
heard Robber #2's mind that he was in the military. Toby had seen in
his vision that after the robbery, the Robbers will go to a factory.
IIB is looking at nearby factories. McClusky goes to a factory to find
tunnels. They set up surveillance on the 4 factories. McClusky
tells
the Hostage Negotiator about letting the Robbers run, and it will lead
to 4 locations and get them there.
So
the 3 Robbers are surrounded by their hostages and they're to get into a
van. Toby has a vision that the van will blow up. Robber #3 gets into
van.
Toby: Is that your van? It's going to explode!
Toby resists entering it, and Robber #3 starts the van.
Sniper shoots Robber #1.
Robber #3 is in the van, and it blows up.
Robber #1 is on a stretcher and he's alive. He's thinking: "I will get Newman for this."
Toby and McClusky talk to Robber #2 Wallace to get him to give info.
Wallace: He will hurt my family.
They
convince him they will protect him and won't face too much jail time.
Wallace then tells him that Newman owns a machine factory.
Toby
and McClusky talk to the Factory Owner. IIB watch bank's security
footage and there is a man with a tattoo on his arm of an atom.
Flashback of Toby's vision seeing the Bank Manager on her island
vacation. In the vision, there was an arm with the same tattoo.
Bank Manager was in on it. I knew it. Why would she be thinking about the beach at the bank? They arrest
Bank Manager with the money.
Bank Manager: They were robbers, no one would miss them.
Toby: What about us? (Hostages.)
Toby
had stopped working for the IIB for 4 months. The doctor Olivia then
checks up on Toby's vitals because his powers were hurting him. Toby's
fine. The IIB boss Klein offers Toby a new position as a consultant on
the IIB team. Toby will still be an EMS on his off shifts.
Jun. 5 Short film: I've been
trying to get my script produced and get a job at a TV production
company for over a month now. Now maybe I should start to produce a
short film as my "calling card" so producers can see it. I don't know
what would be a good short film.
Maybe I could use my
sketch-comedy of my friend Leslie going to the principal to rant about a
flag with a wrinkle in it. lol. However, what is the beginning,
middle, and end to this? |
