Dec. 12, 2025:

Hello Tracy,

Thanks for the details on payment, I hope you are excited to
carry out your evaluation !

The amount on the cheque is $4,350.10 so here is the breakdown.

You are to deduct $1,000 Commission -   As pay for the Evaluation .
Also you are to go to Walmart Supercentre Store, Purchase any item or
items total in the amount of $500, what you purchase is for you to
keep so please choose only what you like.

Walmart Wholesale :

E. Edmonton,

My opinion: (I deleted the exact location so you can't ID the area of where I live.)

The transaction for the Local Coin Outlet has to done with cash so
you should go to your bank and withdraw  $2,850.00 so you can carry out
the evaluation .

You are to go to the Local Coin Outlet below and Purchase Ethereum
(ETH) from the Local coin ATM in the amount of
$2,850.00 which will be sent to the MSB Trading Account QR Code
attached in the email.

Also here are some videos that can help you understand how to use the
Bitcoin ATM at the retail store close to you.

You are to go to the store listed above with cash and send the funds to the
QR Code attached in this email . If possible, PLEASE print it on a
paper and take it with you to the store as it is
easier to scan at the machine once printed. I will also text you the
QR code so you can have it on your phone as it works best to scan from
the phone message rather than as an email attachment.

Once done, send me a screenshot of the transactions.

Upon receiving the receipts, I will then send you the evaluation form
for you to fill and that will be the completion of the evaluation as
the forms are to document the evaluation after you have performed the
task.

Kindly keep me posted.

Regards.

Allan.

Hello Tracy,

How are you doing today ? Kindly update me on when you will carry out the evaluation.

Tracy:

Hi

I don't want to give my credit card and register for that.

My resume is on Indeed.

What's the restaurant's name?

Thanks.

My opinion:

The red flags:

1. Salary range $26.50-$33.50 is high for a barista/ cashier job.  It would be $15-17/hr.

2. Credit Verify: I looked it up to see if it's a scam:

Creditverify.ca Is a SCAM donot use it

I am new to Canada. After two months of opening a bank account and getting a credit card. As a newcomer to Canada, my primary intent was to review my credit score. I googled how to do it. creditverify.ca pops up on Google ads.

To my dismay, they couldn't provide me with a credit score due to my short time in the country,

yet they managed to charge me a total of 49.17 CAD plus an additional 1.15 CAD within just 20 days.

Moreover, their cancellation process was highly inconvenient,

as they did not offer an online option.

My only recourse was to cancel my credit card and obtain a replacement to shield myself from this scam.

To make matters worse, the email they sent was cleverly formatted to obfuscate these charges (charges were mentioned in USD), making it challenging for us to detect any wrongdoing. When I attempted to reach out to their customer service, I encountered further difficulties.

Avoid creditverify.ca to check your credit score!!!

For the last year I been paying off some student loan debt and car loan debt, I been interested in the different credit scores that I get from different providers.

I signed up with creditverify.ca under the assumption that it was a free service, when I made my account they sent me a long email, and at the bottom of the email they note an order number with small fonts, while also adding some bogus 1 dollar membership subscription.

Obviously I should of paid more attention, but I legitimately feel i got scammed. After a week they charged my MasterCard 29 USD without making any notification to my email, phone etc...

When I found out what happened,I went to the website to go to my profile and cancel this membership, only to be given a message that if you wish to cancel you must call a number to contact customer support. What???

When I called to cancel my membership, the agent claimed they didn't have my phone number, then my email, and then finally got access to my account with the last 4 digits of my MasterCard...

I asked to be refunded the 29 USD they charged and they said no.

Please, if you are looking for credit score sites avoid this sketchy business.

Ps. The phone number they provided is on the eastern time so if you live on West coast you gotta call during work to make it work.
