As the Jubilees’ Marketing and Communications Manager, you will 

collaborate, 

design 

and execute internal communications 

and external marketing initiatives 

to serve our clients and patrons. 

Further, you will support AJAS’s Leadership team by providing guidance and recommendations with regards to the Society’s visual, written and digital presence throughout the province and beyond.

Events and Programming Manager

The Events and Programming Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, and expanding community engagement programming both 

online 

and in person 

for the Northern and Southern Jubilee Auditoria. 

This role includes 

budget management, 

team coordination, 

program scheduling, 

workshop preparation, 

and collaboration with artists 

and educators. 

The Manager will oversee 

arts and culture programming, 

train facilitators, 

document educational processes, 

review applications, 

and promote the organization’s activities within the arts community. 

The role also involves 

identifying and managing revenue 

and sponsorship opportunities 

and contributing to the overall culture and responsibilities of AJAS’ administrative team.

Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator manages 

collective agreements, 

oversees various crew and house staff, 

ensures compliance with health and safety standards, 

and performs a range of administrative tasks.
